New corporate marketing & communications consultancy LSCommunications came to me looking for a visual brand to establish their niche in the market. 
As a small business they wanted to be seen as creative and flexible and needed to present as reliable, trustworthy and approachable.
CONCEPT AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Through a deeply-considered and wide-ranging exploration of the ideas surrounding the business I explored many visual concepts. From those ideas I developed several logo options, below. A common theme across the designs is lines of communication. The visual style is simple, clean and open. There are links to the environment and sustainability, something which LSCommunications has extensive experience in. One of the designs focuses on saying only what you need to, communicating in an efficient manner, while another is a little more light-hearted and "speaks" for itself.
REFINEMENT TO FINAL LOGO
Once the client had chosen the winning option I further enhanced the design, ensuring that the final logo is the best possible representation of the business and is complete in every visual detail. This included; exploring further colour options, rounding the letter forms to match the style of the bubbles, tweaking the weight (thickness) of the letters, and refining the variable thickness of the outline of the bubbles, to create a cohesive and balanced final look.
